Late Night Sledding

Last night the little monkeys were so excited for Daddy to get home because I told them that as soon as he did, they could go sledding. (I didn't mention this to Mike though:) He was happy to oblige as trudge through the fresh snow while I stayed in with Hudsey and made dinner. We snuck upstairs to watch from the window as they played outside.

Dinner was a little later than usual because I didn't have the heart to tell them to come in. They played out there until there was literally no light left in the sky. Then it was my job to warm up the little fingers and toes with some mommy snuggles.
